Why do I need help?
Maybe your business is doing well, or perhaps you are really struggling. Most businesses experience one or more of the following – they either lack time, lack money, lack customers, and/or they are going through a time of excessive growth which brings its own type of problems. The situation you are in today is the result of the knowledge, actions and decisions you have made so far. To get to the next level and realise the goals and dreams that you have not yet conquered, you will need to do some things differently. The quickest way to get there is to model others who are already there. We can help find the approach that will be right for your business, to get you on the fast track to success, and save you time and money. Does it work, and will it work in my industry and business?
Yes, the strategies and principles I cover will work for you, your business and your industry, however every business is slightly different and they will need adapting to your situation. The first thing we do is look at what you want to achieve in your business and then we look at how best to get there. My approach is to tailor proven strategies specifically to your business and situation. We all have limited time and resources so you don’t always need lots of ideas, just the ones relevant to your situation that will get you achieving your goals in the quickest time. I don’t have a lot of time now. Won’t this mean extra work?
Yes you will need to put time into what you learn, probably around 2-3 hours a week initially. If you genuinely don’t have the time, then the first thing we will look at is finding you more time in your busy day. It is not about working more hours; you are probably working enough or too many hours already. I show you how to work smarter and get back the time you need to be able to concentrate on making your business more profitable. If your goals are to make more money, work less hours and spend more time at home, all three are possible. Can you also train my people?
Yes, if you have sales staff who need help with increasing conversions, or your team needs guidance on how to be more efficient and focussed, in-house training is available for both you and your team. |
What does it cost?
This will depend on the size of your business and what you want to achieve. There are a number of different options available, from a single project through to a full programme, tailored to your individual needs. Sometimes just working on one aspect of your business can make a massive difference to your results and profits. However I have found that a more consistent and concentrated approach gets the best results. Because the strategies we will work on are results-focused and profit-focused, you will find that this will be an investment rather than an expense. If you consistently apply the strategies I teach, you will return many times your investment in profits. Are there any guarantees?
Principles and strategies to build profitable businesses are common sense, they are proven and they work – but this is dependent on you implementing them. Anyone who takes on our services will receive my full commitment. If you also commit, implement the strategies, and do the work, you will be very happy with the results. I like this, but I want to try a few of my own ideas first.
If you are on this website, you are seeking answers, and you have two choices. You can spend another year trying a few ideas and if you get lucky, some of them might work. Or you can use tried and tested methods tailored specifically to you and your business and get the results you want now. Remember to count the cost, because there will be a cost for either option. There is a cost for knowledge and expertise, or you can pay the cost in your own time and energy in looking for the answers yourself. You may decide you need help to hold yourself accountable to do what you know you should. Remember there are lost profits by waiting also – if you can make an extra $100,000 per year using our services but you decide to wait, that is $100,000 in lost income; over five years, $500,000. Additionally, business owners are often so immersed in their own business that they fail to see what can be done to improve things. The fresh perspective from someone outside the business can make all the difference. |
